Your day-to-day:
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients;
- Ensure a seamless experience for the customer during product adoption and deployment – onboarding;
- Engage in day-to-day communications with owned accounts to ensure we are maximizing their experience;
- Identify long-term account objectives by creating a great customer experience;
- Successfully achieve revenue-orientated targets by identifying upsell & cross-sell opportunities;
- Be the voice of the customer within the company and collaborate with internal stakeholders (technical, support, legal teams, etc.).
Your skills & experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in leading customer engagements with a demonstrated ability to deliver positive results for customers;
- Proven relationship management and problem-solving skills;
- Excellence in written and verbal English communication skills;
- Creativity and thinking out-of-the box;
- Data driven approach to sales and knowledge or experience in key sales/mailing tools.
Salary:
- Gross salary 1650 – 2975 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences.
