As an affiliate marketing manager, you will get an exciting opportunity to drive business impact by leveraging partnerships channels. You will communicate, negotiate and work with tech industry publishers from all around the world and will get a chance to visit them at conferences and business trips.
Your day-to-day:
- Identify, engage, and negotiate partnership deals with new potential partners
- Build, maintain, and foster good relationships with current partners
- Manage the day-to-day account management procedures, monitor affiliate metrics, manage reports, invoices, coupons, landing pages, etc.
- Measure, analyze, and optimize the performance of partners’ campaigns in order to reach objectives, KPIs, revenue targets, and ROAS
- Report on goals progress, forecasts, results, and challenges
- Leverage data to drive actionable steps to improve partners’ and team’s performance
- Reactivate existing partners that have the potential to perform
- Manage and work with affiliate networks and platforms
- Review and suggest edits to partners’ content in order to improve performance, correct inaccurate or outdated information about our brand, and update deals and offers
Your skills & experience:
- At least 2+ years of experience in affiliate and/or partner marketing (affiliates/ influencers/ B2B)
- Demonstrated experience in managing partners, negotiating deals, and driving growth via partnerships channels
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and report information with attention to details
- Growth-oriented mindset
- Perfect spoken and written communication in English, including the ability to write marketing texts
- Hands-on experience with Impact, Ahrefs, SEMRush, MixMax, Similarweb, (or any other affiliate management platform)
- Knowledge of some digital marketing disciplines like CRO, PPC, content marketing, SEO, and social media marketing
- Experience working with tech/digital SaaS products would be an advantage

Salary
- Gross salary: 2150 – 3970 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences.
