Join our dynamic Growth marketing team as the Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager and play a critical role in enhancing our website conversion rates. This is an unparalleled opportunity to build and scale a CRO empire (with full support from marketing, product and design teams).
Your day-to-day:
- Identify bottlenecks and conversion optimization opportunities by researching how users behave on our website.
- Run A/B tests to improve the conversion rate and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, content creators, and developers to implement data-driven improvements to the website and other digital channels.
- Monitor and report on key CRO metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Develop and execute comprehensive CRO strategies to improve conversion rates, customer engagement, and overall user experience across all digital platforms.
- Analyze web analytics, user behavior data, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Design, implement, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of CRO initiatives.
Your skills & experience:
- 1+ year of previous CRO experience.
- Strong understanding of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HotJar) and CRO tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize).
- Ability to turn insight into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Basic knowledge of user experience (UX) principles.
