Become the first Customer Segment Manager at Oxylabs and shape your own experience. Your position will be a significant part of the overall company growth direction – your role will directly impact the company’s growth.

Your day-to-day:

  • Existing “Self Service” portfolio management optimization and new process design;
  • Participate in developing at-scale portfolio sales strategies;
  • Completely own revenue growth & performance of “Self Service” client portfolio;
  • Alignment on revenue goals with senior management and other relevant stakeholders;
  • Identifying high-potential accounts among the client portfolio;
  • Oversee and manage client portfolio opportunities, renewals, red accounts and billing;
  • Report on revenue growth metrics and suggest improvements.

Your skills & experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in user base management/client operations within the technology sector;
  • Excellent analytical skills;
  • Technical aptitude and passion for understanding our technology;
  • Stakeholder management experience (e.g. with senior specialists, and C-suite executives)
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university;
  • Excellence in written and verbal English communication skills;
  • Empathy and ability to build meaningful relationships.


  • Gross salary 2975 – 4628 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences.
