Your day-to-day:
- Develop a vision and set the strategic direction of the product which aligns with customer needs, business growth, and overall company strategy.
- Lead a team of product and commerce specialists.
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
- Develop and maintain multiple product roadmaps depending on company’s commercial strategy, clients’ needs, and market trends.
- Define and implement product and pricing strategies.
- Help to resolve any blocking issue, and questions stemming from the business side by identifying root causes and/or carrying out market research/deep-dive analysis.
- Work closely with all involved teams from marketing to engineering, focusing on product growth.
Your skills & experience:
- At least 3 years of product management.
- Ability to effectively lead and motivate the team.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
- Familiarity with B2B and SaaS products.
- You are a hungry, result-oriented team player who could lead the team.

Salary:
- Gross salary: 5000 – 9900 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
