While product strategic directions and goals come from the management, the team contributes by:
– Bringing up the ideas for work supporting these directions.
– Conducting UX research to gather data backing these ideas.
– Implementing the actual features.
– Building and optimizing infrastructure and applications to be used at scale.
– Measuring success (including A/B testing).
The Team Lead is expected to lead and supervise these steps, as well as overall team delivery, communication with stakeholders, and helping team members to grow.

- Leadership experience.
- Technical background.
- Experience in Agile processes.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience in System Architecture.
- Experience with NodeJS.
- Experience with PHP.
- Experience with DevOps.

Salary:
- Gross salary: 4300 – 7270 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
