You’ll be solving complex challenges and maintaining our own infrastructure with 60PB+ monthly data traffic. Here are its scale and maturity in numbers:

- 6PB+ Ceph storage

- 60PB+ monthly data traffic through our systems

- 300k+ service requests/sec processed

- 500k+ Kafka messages/sec streamed

The team waiting for you:

We're scaling the development power of our Supply team, and we're looking for a Mid-Senior Backend Developer who lives and breathes Golang. At Oxylabs, you'll work on APIs and systems that operate at genuinely high loads — hundreds of servers handling hundreds of thousands of requests per second — in a fully containerized environment we've been running on Kubernetes in production for over seven years.

This is an early-stage, fast-growing project where you'll own real problems end to end, influence technical direction, and get your hands on big data every single day. If you value playful communication over corporate BS and get energized by scalability challenges, keep reading.

What you'll do:

Design and build systems and solutions that scale effortlessly

Write clean, tested, and documented code that delivers real business value

Own the entire development cycle — from research and prototyping to deployment

Deliver and review technical designs, code, and documentation

Contribute to technical decision-making in an early-stage, fast-growing project

Create, review, and maintain multiple microservices, optimizing them for performance and stability

Your skills & experiences:

Deep knowledge of Golang

Some experience with — or genuine interest in — other programming languages

Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases: how they work, how to write optimized queries, and how to debug them

A firm belief in why automated tests can save the world

Experience with (or strong curiosity about) real-time data processing and event streaming

Passion for technology and a habit of constantly trying something new

Hands-on experience with some of the technologies we use extensively: Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, Kafka, MySQL clusters, GitLab CI, Redis

Comfort with ambiguity and rapid change

You value playful communication over corporate BS

Nice to have:

Experience with DevOps practices (deployment pipelines, automation, etc.)

A clue on how web scraping works

Salary & Benefits:

Gross salary: 4000 - 6500 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
