About the Role:

AI is reshaping how B2B buyers discover, evaluate, and shortlist vendors - and Oxylabs is moving fast to stay ahead of that shift. We're looking for an AI Search Specialist to own our visibility across generative and agentic search environments end-to-end: strategy, execution, measurement, and internal knowledge transfer.
This is not a support role. You'll define where we show up - across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Claude, Gemini, and emerging agentic pipelines - and you'll drive the work that gets us there. You'll also be the internal expert who upskills the broader marketing team and collaborates with Content, Web, and Product to make GEO a company-wide capability, not just a channel.
You'll sit within the SEO & Growth Marketing function and work closely with the Head of SEO, content, and technical teams. SEO fluency is expected - you understand organic search and how it connects to AI discoverability - but your primary lens is the AI layer: LLM citations, agent-readiness, entity authority, and structured content that machines can parse, trust, and surface.

Your day-to-day:

AI Visibility Strategy & Execution:

Define and own Oxylabs' GEO/AEO strategy across major LLMs and generative search engines

Drive initiatives to increase citation frequency, share of voice, and brand presence in AI-generated responses for our core categories (proxies, web scraping, data collection)

Build and maintain an AI visibility measurement framework - tracking citation rate, mention frequency, sentiment, and platform breadth across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, and AI Overviews

Use tools like Profound and Trendos (already in our stack) for prompt tracking; develop systematic testing and iteration cycles

Content & Structural Optimization for AI:

Audit and evolve our content architecture for AI extractability: answer-first formatting, structured Q&A, schema markup, entity consistency, E-E-A-T signals

Partner with the writers and content team to implement GEO-aligned briefs - ensuring every new piece is built to be cited, not just ranked

Agentic Search Readiness:

Stay ahead of the agentic search curve - monitor how AI agents surface and act on web content

Define what "agent-ready" looks like for Oxylabs' website and content ecosystem, and translate that into a concrete roadmap

Collaborate with Web and Product teams to ensure our site's technical foundations (crawlability, structured data, API accessibility, page speed) support machine discovery - not just human discovery

Your skills & experience:

3+ years in SEO - with a clear pivot into GEO/AI search in the last 6–18 months

Hands-on experience optimizing for LLM visibility: structured data, entity authority, E-E-A-T, schema, answer-format content, etc.

Solid understanding of how large language models retrieve, summarize, and cite content - not just surface-level familiarity

Experience building or contributing to GEO measurement frameworks (prompt testing, citation tracking, share of voice)

Strong content strategy instincts - able to brief, edit, and quality-control content with an AI-discoverability lens

Comfortable working with tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and any GEO monitoring tools

Self-starter who can own a newly emerging function, set the roadmap, and execute without constant direction

Strong communicator - able to explain GEO concepts clearly to technical teams, writers, and stakeholders alike

Nice to have:

Background in B2B SaaS

Experience with prompt engineering or LLM evaluation

Familiarity with agentic AI workflows and how agents consume and act on web content
