What's The Thrill, Exactly?
Our Platform Team powers the infrastructure for multiple teams in the company and are constantly enhancing the developer experience. Currently, there are two large scale projects they’re working on — which one of them sounds like your kind of challenge?
Building private cloud
Using tools like Ceph, our infrastructure engineers are building highly available, persistent private cloud storage to run workloads such as virtualisation and databases seamlessly. Expect working with Metal as a Service technologies, selecting high-efficiency hardware solutions, and making it all work to process massive amounts of data.
DevOps platform
Our DevOps engineers are working to significantly improve the architecture and deployment speed of Oxy Platform for our developers. At the same time all of this is done while prioritising developer experience. A lot of CI/CD using tools like GitLab, ArgoCD, Terraform and others await, all to maximize efficiency and reliability across our engineering teams.
The technologies
When it comes to tools in our tech stack, we’ve maximized it for effectiveness. You’ll get your hands on the latest tech and work efficiently in a fully containerized Kubernetes environment. So, no unnecessary migrations and legacy systems to worry about.
The challenge
Supporting our teams that build cutting-edge web scraping and proxy products and maintaining a data infrastructure processing petabytes of data. And to help them continuously optimize for speed, scale, and reliability, our minds are busy looking for the best engineering solutions.
