What's The Job, Exactly?
In short, our Customer Success specialists solve our client's queries regarding our cutting-edge web data gathering products via online chats, email, Discord, and other digital channels. But there's much more to it.

The in-depth training about our products and practical support from your team will give you a strong tech knowledge foundation. So, this role is a perfect first step into a career in tech.

Day, evening, or night shift — you join, you choose. This role offers flexibility around your schedule, for example, university studies. Need a mid-week day off? We'll open the calendar and find a way.
